We partnered with Dubrovnik Charter to scale bookings for their premium VanDutch 32 luxury day charter experience in Dubrovnik, targeting high-net-worth tourists aged 25–40 seeking exclusive yacht experiences. Our objective was clear: increase high-intent inquiries, reduce cost per lead, and drive profitable bookings. We implemented a performance-driven acquisition strategy combining Google Search campaigns targeting keywords such as “luxury boat hire Dubrovnik,” “private yacht Dubrovnik,” and “VanDutch Dubrovnik,” alongside Performance Max to maximise conversions across all Google channels, and strategic remarketing to re-engage visitors who did not complete enquiries. Campaigns were geo-targeted to Dubrovnik and tourists actively present in the area, ensuring strong purchase intent and booking readiness.
Between June and September, with a budget of €1,950, the campaign generated 418,000 impressions, 9,320 clicks at an average CPC of €0.32, and 184 qualified leads at a CPL of €10.60. This resulted in 28 confirmed bookings worth over €52,000, delivering an exceptional 26.6x ROAS. Search campaigns drove the highest volume of high-intent users, while Performance Max expanded reach and strengthened overall conversion performance. The strategy proved highly effective for the luxury charter segment in Dubrovnik, significantly increasing premium inquiries and establishing a scalable foundation for continued growth.
