We partnered with Dental Centar Ivić Peharda, a modern dental clinic in Northwest Croatia offering aesthetic dentistry, implantology, orthodontics, and emergency dental treatments, to drive measurable patient growth through Google Ads. Our primary objective was to generate new patients via high-intent campaigns while improving ROI and reducing cost per lead. We implemented a structured Google Ads strategy including Search campaigns targeting high-intent local keywords in Zagreb and surrounding municipalities, fully optimised for calls and web form submissions. In parallel, we launched call-only campaigns for mobile users ready to book immediately, tracking call duration and enquiry quality, alongside remarketing and display campaigns featuring professional visual banners emphasising expertise, trust, and advanced dental care.
Between June and December 2025, with a total budget of €7,500, the campaign generated 1,200 clicks at an average CPC of €6.50 and delivered 180 qualified leads (calls and form submissions), achieving a 15% click-to-lead conversion rate and an average CPL of €41.50. Based on performance data, this translated into an estimated 90–110 new patients, with projected service revenue between €31,500 and €38,500 and an ROI ranging from 4.2x to 5.1x. The campaign significantly increased local brand visibility, reduced acquisition costs, and established a scalable digital acquisition framework focused on consistent appointment growth and long-term clinic expansion.
